Description
The EX-DY900X DFB laser is 14 PIN module with InGaAsP/InP MQW diode. The module is with stable high power up to 3GHz bandwidth. EX-DY900X contains thermoelectric controller, power monitor, optical isolator and high speed matching circuits.
