EX-Q938-XX-XX | 1550nm DWDM CW High Power Laser Module

The EX-Q938-XX-XX-X laser component is used as a CW optical source in CATV, DWDM networks and RF over fiber(RFoF). The EX-Q938 package is equipped with built-in powerful TEC, thermistor, and photodiode monitor. It shows super thermal stability, very low RIN and narrower linewidth. 25Ω electrical matching enhanced the modulation bandwidth in excess of 1GHz. It permits multiple techniques to suppress the SBS, which leads to the noise bursts.
